How to claim
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the defect.
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading or pilling.
- Cuts or tears from ski or board edges or other sharp objects.
- Misuse, alterations, or damage from washing against the care instructions.
